I need to find out what this pipe is.And why get a small leak it seems every time it rains.I have a bucket under there.And it's the only place in the basement I have a issue. If you notice it's only draining from that pipe.I tried plugging it but the paper towel didn't work.There is a small wire.I can feel up in there, but it's not connected to anything.The pipe runs to the outside.I don't know what it is, and just how to stop it from leaking.And any suggestions would be appreciated.
