Hello All

Need help with templates or advise on tips for the business letter from company to maximize the chances on approval of H1b visa appointment emergency request. My current visa date is more than a year out and my first request was rejected even though had a credible letter from a company which is one of the leaders in healthcare.

Secondly my real brother had a major accident and is on bed rest and has no dependent/caretaker while working in US. Would that work for medical reasons?
