Interlocked on accident

So I just want two strand twist, but with no research I go to this lady that does two strand twist but I guess she specialized in microlocs, got it interlocked at the root with two strand twist and fear I can’t go back to regular two strand twist. It’s only be 3 weeks and starting to get worried.

My mom used to do my hair and I I went to some shop, idk if this a good, starred with a high top, but grew underneath with the top of my head with less density
