I recently bought a pair of Reign Thursday Boots and I literally could not fit my foot, and then when I finally forced my feet in, I had to ask my mom to help me remove the boot because it was literally cutting off blood circulation on my foot. My mom had to pull the boot with all of her strength and almost recoiled from how tight they were. This was very ridiculous and I returned them immediately.
I've owned a few pairs of Docs but despite how often I wore them, I could never really break into them, and ended up with up with cut up heel from how they dig into it, ending up with bleeding and peeling skin. They were also way too heavy, and found myself dreading wearing them.
I liked the style of Reign but I wish that it had a zipper, or that it was actually stretchy enough for my foot to go in the shoe. I don't really think I want to try Thursday Boots again because I don't think the shoes fit right.
Would love your suggestions, I like the chunky but minimalist look, but it's unexpectedly really difficult to find an actual pair of boots that I like.
My feet size is 6.5 and My budget is 200-300 bucks.
