Hiya, so last year me and a friend of mine was selling a bunch of stuff together and got to the point where to withdraw we had to provide ID. My friend provided the ID and we carried on and made about 1.15k in 2025. This year we sort of stopped doing it together and I went on to do stuff by myself but it’s all still on her ID. The account is under my name, email, billing address, bank account. Everything apart from the ID verification. It hasn’t been a issue at all and still hasn’t been a issue and she is fine with me using her ID but I don’t know what legal issues I can get in trouble with or anything. So I thought id come here and ask what could happen? Could I get in legal issues? I doubt I’ll be making crazy money to the point where I’ll be a target from the HMRC. I think I’m close to 1000 in 2026 as well.
