I quit vapping in 2024 and Zyns in 2025. Went a whole year sober, then I got drunk at a Christmas party and relapsed. I only use half a can of 3mg wintergreens a day, but Im ashamed of the addiction and hid it from friends and family. The problem with nicotine is that its insanely addictive but doesnt destroy your life like Meth or Coke. Its hard to find a reason to quit these days, but I know I need to. Its gonna suck but I just need to rip the band aid off. I was so much happier in 2025 when I wasnt using.
