Sorry if this has been discussed before but I couldn’t find generally accepted guidance.
Do you count extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) in your <10g of saturated fats goal?
If yes, why? My understanding it is proven that regular consumption of EVOO reduces LDL.
Also, whar about tahini and pure peanut or almond butter? Or even fatty fish?
Again, there is a lot of info that these foods reduce LDL and help to improve good cholesterol.
