My kids found a small tortoise (central Asian I think) under my wife’s car yesterday. Nobody seemed to know where it came from so I’ve put it in one of my raised garden beds and left it some food/water. I found some info on where to feed it and a local rescue but my kids wanted to see how much work it would be to give it a good home here. Looking for a good place to start on what a good habitat looks like here in central Texas where it gets very hot.
