New starter just stopped?
So I’ve been trying to make a starter. It was going well but the starter just wasn’t doubling. So on day 15 I changed the ratio to 1:2:2 and it made a huge difference. So then 12 hours later (after I thought it had peaked) I fed another 1:2:2. And… nothing. No rise. And it has been completely stalled the last 2 days. What happened? Can I get it going again or do I need to start fresh?
