I was pretty lucky to grab one of the last refurbished 512GB OLED models available in Europe, but my experience so far has been frustrating.

My first unit stopped recognizing the built-in controller after just one day. Support handled it well and issued a RMA, which I appreciated. However, the replacement has now developed a different issue after only six days of use.

The D-pad’s down button no longer works properly and keeps registering constant ghost inputs. I’ve already tried reimaging the device, but that didn’t fix anything.

I’ve contacted support again and hope for a quick resolution, though I’m expecting another RMA at this point. Needless to say, I’m pretty disappointed and also a bit worried that the next unit might have problems too.

Has anyone else had similar experiences with refurbished units, or am I just having really bad luck? 🫠
