I need the set idle, governed idle and top speed rpms for the D140, does anyone have the technical manual that can tell me what it's supposed to be set at?

Does anyone have the service manual for this engine or a pic of how the throttle link spring attaches? My son bought a mower and the previous owner mangled this spring. I am buying a new link and spring but I don't have a clue where the spring is supposed to attach.
