Had my card locked a couple of weeks ago because they thought Airbnb is suspicious... Asked for a selfie with my ID, which I sent immediately.... Now it's been two weeks and still nothing. No way to escalate, no update on timelines.
Just another beware story for those considering the card. What kind of shitty fraud department are they running that it takes two weeks to confirm I am who I am?
