I cannot for the life of me remember the name of this show but as the title above suggests, it was centered on short stories, set in a library, and I think a kid was usually the reader?? But I could be wrong. Live action, there was a dog (some type of Russell terrier) named Bingo I believe and I remember one specific episode it was raining outside and the story being read was set in medieval times in a densely populated city. In this show, once the story started being read, the viewer was transported into the world of the story. Please help!!
