From my local Indian spot. Vegetarian dinner that usually has like a tofu masala, palak paneer and lentils. They changed it up,( still delicious) bottom seems the same, top left is maybe like cheese curds? Top right is onions and some sort of smaller squash thing? I only saw it when I got home so I couldn't ask the lady behind the counter. Thanks in advance!
