Hey all,

Like the title says, I'm 9 months post-RALP and still have a fair bit of urinary leakage, especially late in the day, and with any stress (lifting, coughing, etc.)

My surgeon has told me he doesn't expect it to get better and to get scheduled for an Artificial Urinary Sphincter.

It's honestly not awful, and if there's a chance this will clear up on its own in the next 6 months I'm willing to keep wearing pads until then but, if not, I guess it's time to start thinking about another procedure.

So, the question... have any of you experienced leakage for more than 9 months or so and had it clear on its own?
