Does anyone have good recommendations of what to eat now that my gallbladder is gone I don’t want to risk any extra stomach pain while I’m healing. 😔

A little update for my post yesterday I went to the hospital yesterday they said everything looks good just my body throwing a temper tantrum for no good reason. They got my pain managed with dilaudid and kept zofran in me and now I’m back home taking my prescribed pain meds and definitely at tolerable pain level. They told me 1 in 10 people have to stay overnight for pain management because their bodies just flip out even if you have a high pain tolerance. Anyways I’m super thankful for everyone who commented and urged me to go back I genuinely thought I was dying or something. I also urge anyone who’s experiencing pain that seems a little excessive after gallbladder removal just to go back and get checked and if anything get the pain managed so that your meds can actually help.

I finally got my gallbladder removed today and well I can’t tell if it was worth it or not yet this has got to be the most excruciating pain I’ve ever experienced. My abdomen hurts worse in places they didn’t even cut I don’t particularly understand that part. Did anyone else’s hurt like this I’d rather have my son and go through the healing process 10 more times than to ever feel this agony again. I’m just praying it’s all worth it in the end since this is a temporary agony and the gallbladder was causing continuous issues but the darn thing didn’t cause me this much pain. 😭 Mind you they said you’ll just be sore SOREEE I feel like I’m being ripped to pieces.
