Gallbladder Removal & Normal Test Results

So I received my HIDA scan results today...55%EF. I've also had ultrasounds, MRI and multiple blood tests; only one blood test came back with elevated pancreas enzymes after a suspected gallbladder attack.

The surgeon I spoke to said they would not feel comfortable performing surgery without something to indicate serious problems with the gallbladder. Offered to refer me for a second opinion, with a more senior surgeon, to see if they would be comfortable performing surgery solely on the basis of symptoms.

I was just curious, for those who have been in a similar situation, did you go ahead with surgery based on symptoms alone and if so, was the outcome of the operation as you expected?

As I type this out, I have been dealing with 6 or 7/10 pain for about 6 hours now because I decided to do squats about a hour and a half after a meal. When I started to rise from the first squat, the gallbladder area, especially around my rib and back, felt like someone punched me insanely hard.

Bear in mind, the meal I had was chicken breast, organic black beans and rice...not an ounce of fat. Screw this damn organ.

Does anyone else have similar problems with regards to simple exercises triggering gallbladder pain?
