The single food that I don't understand in beijing is this thing called "豆汁“ douzhi, its fermented soy milk, taste like shit , very disgusting, I really don't know why the Beijing people take this as breakfast, but i think it should be added to your "must try list in china" especially if you are visiting Beijing !
