Why can't I negotiate a wage for myself? It's stuck at N/A. Any fix?
Everytime I'm offered a new contract, the field for wage is stuck at 0. Can't increase it + no dropdown options. I just kinda ignored it at first as I started at Enfield Town in the Enterprise South league (6th div). I'm in my 5th season now in the EFL Championship, i still get offered a contract with wage stuck at N/A. Other clubs who've offered me a job will pay me a wage but my own club still wont!
It was okay when it started off like this because its like a headcanon of working part time in non-league football. Even initial staff signings in the 6th div was at N/A for my assistant manager, coaches, etc. but I was able to offer them a wage upon becoming a professional club, it's only the gaffer with 4 back to back promotions stuck on a part-time non-paid contract!
If there's a fix/workaround I would really like to know.
