I currently live in a no smoking apartment complex, and have a next door neighbor that reeks of weed constantly. It’s at the point now that I can’t keep my windows open or it wafts into my unit. It also stinks up the elevator and hallway (which tbf I don’t know if that’s him but I have shared an elevator with him many times and it is pungent when he’s there). Do I leave a note, or go straight to management? I’ve met him before and he’s nice enough, but I also have heard him screaming at women or having super loud sex at all hours to where I had to move my bed away from the wall.
Side note but he’s also been weird about knowing things about me (hair color changing, when I’m on the balcony or when my cats are out, when I go to work) so already have weird vibes but is that part of the apartment territory?
I move out in July but also it is too hot to not have windows open, and this guy smokes on the balcony. TIA, not trying to be an asshole but also would like to have a breeze.
