Built a Roofing Directory in South Florida
Built a fully custom Wordpress directory using Hello Theme, Crocoblock, Elementor Pro, RankMath Pro, PerfMatters, and Pressable Hosting. There’s about a $600mm market for our county and realized there wasn’t any aggregator of roofing companies in the Palm Beaches.
We built a custom tool that matches Google Maps ID and service / city and autopopulates the listing. Our semantic content framework <SCF> pulls from our Claude and inserts it into the articles / city pages.
We have about 800+ roofing contractors / companies spread throughout 39 cities.
Our goal is to get it to $15-20kk MRR within 6 - 9 months. Right now we are at 10% of the goal and haven’t really launched (working out the deets.
Our long term goal is to own the entire marketing funnel for roofer related searches in all of South Florida.
