Hi everyone, I need some help here.

So I texted a potential employer on LinkedIn and asked them if there’s an opening (in my profession, we directly reach out to the employer, it’s more effective).

They responded to my text and asked me about my interests, skills, previous experience and contact details. I gave it all to them, and left me on seen. I sent a follow up text but they didn’t see it yet. It’s been 4 days.

Should I follow up or just leave it? Will it be too desperate if I follow up? I really want to work with that company. Also I’m currently employed with a big firm that pays decent.

Please give suggestions.
