My starting point was almost 14 stone

Im now at 9 stone 4lbs

Switched to retta from mounjaro

Im ready now to start building slight muscle, I'm wanting some abs 🤣

Before was me about a month ago

Im suppossd to be on 5mg, this is a new pen ive used

Previously you just set it to 1 and it's already predosed to the amount you should take

Ive turned dial today to 1mg, is that correct or should I of turned it to 5mg?
