I thought that i put one month but when i refreshed it i think it reselected a year. I deleted the gifted message immediately and told them that i didn’t mean to gift them that and they somehow claimed it anyways. I contacted support and since they claim it I can’t get a refund. I resubmitted a claim saying that it was unauthorized do you know if that’ll work and I’ll get my money back or will that get me banned? If I ask the person i accidentally gifted to contact support saying they accidentally claimed it will that help.I really need the money back it’s was 109 dollars and i really need it back. I don’t want to file a claim with the possibility of getting suspended. What can I do?
