Continuous pain 7 months post-op

So I had a total hysterectomy laparoscopic and they my left ovaries 7 months ago and every day since I’ve had such horrible pain in my pelvis. Nonstop day after day. A month later they had to go back in and reclose my vaginal cuff. I am now 6 weeks post op from have anterior prolapse repair and urethra bulking. Still in pain. No relief. Has anyone else been through this and these issues? What did you do? What relieved the pain? TIA

At my last appointment, my doctor told me to start taking my medicine three times a day because my pain is worsened and they had sent a prescription to my pharmacy which I had already picked up my prescription so I called to see what it was for and the nurse said it was an accident and I asked about what I was supposed to do since I’ll be running out early since I’m starting to take my prescription that was only for twice a day now three times a day and she told me that he did not put it in his notes. And that I needed to take it twice a day now or else I will run out. I told her that it was because I was in worse and he upped it but she said she’ll put it in the notes and talk with him about it at my next appointment but its not until May 20th. I started the 3x a day last Monday as he said to do and so now i definitely will run out before. Very aggravating. & not sure what to do.

Hello, I’ve been experiencing intense back pain for the past 14 years now and it got so much worse last year after a wreck during my pregnancy. It’s taken me years for someone to finally listen to me that my pain is REAL and just as I finally get a referral to a pain specialist for more chronic pain in my pelvis after my total hysterectomy and complete prolapse wall rebuild, they said they’d work with my back as well. I gave them my X-rays and my doctors findings that actually seen what was wrong for once and also my MRIs, my first appointment the doctor completely disregarded my concerns with my X-rays and asking him to look, said my mris look great and just said he was going to do injections in my thoracic spine while also telling me he doesn’t treat pelvic pain. I had injections last Tuesday and as soon as those needles hit every second since I’ve had nothing but worse pain and pressure in my back. I called Friday to tell them it hasn’t helped or eased up the pain that was already there but made it worse. I have another appointment tomorrow for my follow up and I’m worried he isn’t going to listen to me again and just brush me off because of my age. I’ve read over my mri findings with my primary and I have multiple disc bulges and a couple degenerative, I also have Bertolotti syndrome, kyphosis, spondylosis & stenosis. While also having an extra vertebrae that didn’t grow completely that’s tried to connect in my lumbar to my hip. Any suggestions on what I should say or do?
