How do you guys cope after almost causing a crash that was 100% your fault? It was a very stupid mistake and it's killing me. Since that incident, I lost all my confidence, and became even more anxious about driving than when I first started. I feel like I shouldn't even have a driving license any longer, and a part of me tells me I don't belong on the road. I'm way too bad at it and can't get this idea out of my head. How do you cope with this and...Can you even start driving again after such a confidence crash? Should I even be allowed? I feel like some people just shouldn't drive, including myself, even though I want to be independent.
