Case Received - May 2025
Biometrics scheduled - June 2025
Case is still being processed by USCIS - July 2025
Form I765 + I131 - Combined approval - Feb 1, 2026
Received EAD card with AP - Feb 14, 2026
Status (as of today):
I130: Case Was Received And A Receipt Notice Was Sent STILL
I485: Case Is Still Being Processed By Uscis STILL
I have seen a few people reaching out to congress. I was wondering if I should take that step since my case is almost a year in now and our case is still processing. Would appreciate any insight. Thank you!
