Been dealing with this for 6 years. Runs in my family, my Grandpa had it, my mom and sister have it, now me. Talk about debilitating. Comes in waves of highs and lows. Sometimes I don’t notice it, other times the forced health anxiety gets to me. This has become something I’m aware I’m just gonna live with til bad gets worse or i just deal with the constant discomfort. I will never take a prescription medication and have just stopped with antacids. I was already pretty health conscious before this but had a pretty long stretch of avoiding a lot of foods. So worn out from this being the only thing on my mind all day long. Main focus now is just actively trying to get my mental back to the way it was before this mess. Have read through so many posts in the sub and seems like the most common factor for aggressive stretches is stress and anxiety, so that’s what I’m going after.
