I’ve been in low to mid 300’s for the last 2 years and i was so excited to see that 299 today!

A couple other wins i’ve seen after starting in mid february

I had 3 pairs of jeans that didnt even touch. All of them slightly loose now!

Towels wrap around me with no gap (my favorite)

I had to trade in my smart ring for a size smaller, and that one is already a little loose. (thank you weight loss warranty!)

I have so much energy!

My face looks like myself again.

And most of all, my mind is clear. Im doing better in every aspect of my life.
