Someone is constantly hacking able to hack my friend's fb account. His Facebook and Instagram both are linked. Hacker is sending vulgar texts to his female individual and putting story.

- we changed our password

- logged out from other devices

- enabled 2-FA

- deleted Instagram account ( the deletion period is 1 month)

The thing we are more concerned is. He is still able to get into account. Is it possible?

What we know is that he is logging from a oppo phone?
