I have a notice of disagreement on file for a Board Appeal and just learned today - there is a separate phone number for their customer service and to get status on your case: 800-923-8387.

These cases are kind of like a black hole compared to the C&P rating process with the VA. The lady I reached was excellent. I learned my case has advanced from submission on January 12, 2026, to being reviewed by a Veteran Law Judge as of April 21, 2026. I was anticipating a much longer time frame.

Hopeful for a good resolution - this would take my effective date back to 2018, where it should be based on the case.
