Purple sweet potato mixed berries. The salad is mixed greens which I added sprouts and carrot tops to. Then also added red onion mushroom and Brussel sprouts. Dressed with acv cumin fresh ginger garlic and tumeric and pepper. Then just fava bean tofu topped with evoo and a little salt
