I’ve been on my spiritual journey for a while now. Read many books, studied different philosophical concepts. There have been some ups and downs. And I’ve been asked to let go of control and just go with the flow. To trust the journey. But now I’m at the point where I’m so confused about spirituality in general. Nothing makes sense. And I’m questioning my sanity. I’ve realised that I don’t really have any people in my life that I can talk about it. Or who will understand. I’m reaching out here because I often frequent this subreddit and wondering if there are any people who can offer some compassionate advice or wisdom?
