Any RNs here doing an OHS role? How did you get into it and what does a regular day look like for you? What is the pay like?

I’m a theatre nurse in WA and am planning to do a Cert IV in work health and safety to get out of surgical/clinical nursing for better hours. Bedside nursing isn’t for me!
