Buyer wants to take it for $15, is that fair?

Hi, I have a small lot of Japanese Eeveelution cards (mostly modern, ungraded: Eevee, Umbreon, Flareon, Sylveon, etc.).

A buyer offered $15 for the whole lot, but from what I checked, I thought it might be closer to $40–$50 total value.

I’m not very confident with pricing, so I wanted to ask:

•	Is $15 a fair offer or a lowball?

•	What would be a reasonable direct sale price?
