New patch- thoughts?

I cant tell if its looks cool or maybe a bit bulky. Its from an old wallet, its a pocket patch 😂

Idk if anyone else gets this but its fairly new for me. When my tics are really bad or before I get a tic attack its like my body doesnt register naturally to breath on its own. So I just forget to breath until I start to get really dizzy. Its especially bad if ive been suppressing my tics.

Does anyone else get this?
