IRS says non-filed
I'm trying to buy a house. My lender just asked me for the last 2 years of my IRS tax return transcripts. The IRS is saying I didn't file my taxes last year. However, I used the h&R block online free service, filed my taxes and received a small tax refund deposit into my bank account. There is absolutely no person I'm able to speak to at h&R block. Their support computer keeps talking me in circles and refusing to let me speak to someone because I had the audacity to use their free service. There's no email to reach out to someone because customer service does not exist for the free service. I'm on the precipice of losing my potential home because h&R block has no one for me to speak to to remedy this situation. Anyone have suggestions?
