A character in a story I'm writing shoots themselves, (they can come back after dying but that's a whole other thing) but I'm wondering where she'd realistically get a gun. She has no family, is a teenager so it's difficult to just say she has a gun out of nowhere. I should note the story takes place in America (vaguely)
