Asking for step feeding advice

Hi all! My first post here. Was just hoping for some advice maybe feedback. I have 2 3L Jars of ginger wine I'm fermenting. Just pitched 20% max ABV turbo yeast in jar 1 with 1.110 and jar 2 with 1.106.

I'm planning on step feeding 150g with 150ml in both jars to aim for 16-17%. My question is at what OG should I step feed these? The room temperature is around 20 degrees C right now which I know is not ideal for turbo yeast, but I really am just aiming for the 16-17%.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
