Hey, I used to do Chloe Ting’s 2024/2025 programs but fell off for a while. I’m currently around 70–72kg and my stamina is honestly pretty bad now.
Trying to get back into it and lose weight again, but not sure which program to start with this time. I don’t want something too intense right away or I’ll probably burn out.
Any recommendations for a good program to ease back in but still actually see results?
