I am in Louisiana and am trying to figure out the best way to get my mother in law living on our property. I’m debating between buying a small mobile home to put here or a decent sized shed and trying to make it livable. I wouldn’t be adding a stove just a bathroom and climate control. It’s not an ideal time financially so I’m trying to make it as affordable as possible. We have equity in our home if we need to use it so if anyone is familiar with the pros and cons of that route feel free to chime in. Thanks in advance for any help.
