So my arms and shoulder and back forming good but my stomach and chest won’t and all I eat is rice and chicken every day no junk food( the last picture was the leanest I ever been but like 8 months ago)
What can you do when you refuse to learn from your lost? I lose the same way every damn time and it’s annoying me now, I will go in small win then see it go my way straight so I try be disciplined and not re enter and it just goes flawless so I get mad then try to enter and as soon as I enter full size that’s when I get the chop and I lose my account.
It’s so frustrating cause damn it’s always the same way I think I have to stop going with mircos cause I’m never satisfied with the first small w I win
