Hi All,

I managed to get PR1 tickets for Sunday (great!) and then circa 24 hours later I got an email saying they’ve been cancelled due to a failed payment. I have confirmation of payment from simplifica and the money has been taken from my account.

The phone numbers on the website don’t seem to work, and I have emailed them asking what’s up.

Has anyone else experienced this or managed to get in contact with Simplifica? Any advice? We are tempted to turn up on the morning and claim ignorance to the cancellation mail since we have our ticket QR code and confirmation of payment.

Keen to hear what anyone more experienced thinks.
