Hi all! I’ve been DMing for about 4 years now and have always used a fairly clunky LG gaming laptop. It hasn’t done me wrong, but overtime it’s began to slow heavily. Along with that, I have since moved and need to travel with it more frequently so it’s become an inconvenience. I’m looking for advice on an upgrade.
I’ve always been partial to Apple devices, and have decided between a MacBook or an iPad. I’ve talked to friends who use both and have gotten pros and cons for each, but none of said friends play dnd. I just need advice from people who use the digital resources, how well do they run? Is one particularly better than the other? The main websites I use at my table are DnDBeyond, HeroForge, Inkarnate, and Fantasy Calendar. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :) thank you in advance !!
