
As you all know, the Model Y Performance here in Canada does not support V2L. I bought the mobile connector thinking i could use it for that exact feature but since it’s not supported i decided to return it to Tesla.
They are denying the return and want to ship it back to me and the reason is because they say it’s used box open.
I mean I opened the box to try the V2L feature, when i saw it wasn’t working i put the charger back in it’s box, and shipped it back to them.
They should’ve charged me a 15% restocking fees but not return the product to me.

Wall Connectors and Mobile Connectors can be returned within 60 days of receiving the product. Some returns, including but not limited to, opened products, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
How can i challenge this decision?
There’s no phone number or emails to contact Tesla about stuff we bought online from the Tesla Shop.
Some help would be greatly appreciate as i think Tesla is not being fair with me.
