I wanted to lower my citalopram because I feel like I’m numb and unmotivated and not real. It was lowered from 30mg to 20mg and I’m on day 2 and I’m feeling not so great. Definitely feeling more depressed, and I feel like I’m not real, more than usual. Will this pass?
