I’m a soon to be sous chef and a restaurant that’s tied to a resort type thing. We’re about to roll out a new menu for the summer and chef wanted me to contribute with the menu, so I went in today and tried out a sun-dried tomato shrimp scampi, and he loved it! So it’s going on the menu, it’s not the prettiest in this photo, I’m still trying to figure out garnish and I had to use a gluten free pasta since I have celiac disease so it’s not as vibrant as it could be, but I’m happy!!!

Apologies for the messy surroundings, I’m a messy cook and hadn’t cleaned up yet lol
