Has anyone received a Leave and Earnings Statement Showing retirement data sent to OPM??

So I got home from work today to a paper LES. It has a "retirement data sent to OPM 05/04/2026" in the remarks box. Not sure why I would receive this, I never get paper LES, I have 10 years in DoD service and I am most certainly not retiring...

Any ideas?

My first true love of table saws, the Delta 36-725 that I've had for 8 years had it's handle snap off. The fence is stuck in place. Any suggestions?
