This is Noir, I don't exactly have him finished yet, I have his name, gender, appearance and forms made, but no description or bio yet. His normal form is the Shadow looking one, his super and hyper are obvious.... Sorry if y'all don't like it, but I made these on my own time using an OC Character Creator.
