Hey yall! I have a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer with 72k miles that’s in great condition. Everything besides a front differential seal is pristine.

I’m planning on getting the faulty seal fixed this week but my question is if I can drive to and from work in the meantime. I had it looked at today and they said it was “slightly more than sweaty”, but should be ok to drive in the short term. I don’t have the required tool to get the fill plug off to top it off (or check the oil level) right now but I can do that tomorrow right after work.

I have a 20 mile commute each way tomorrow and the rig is driving great, no noises, good handling and everything. I’m just a little concerned and would like some opinions. Photo attached shows that it’s “sweaty” but it isn’t dripping. Thanks in advance for any replies!

I’m looking at a 2014 Durango Limited tomorrow that has 123k miles. I keep seeing mixed reviews online and have been burned by used cars before, so I’m looking for some opinions on this vehicle if anyone is so kind as to look it over! The carfax is detailed but has some yellow flags. I’m going to check it out tomorrow and test drive it, just wondering how your guys’ 2014s are treating you?
